Getting Started/As a Provider
Create a Store
A route is simply multiple jobs stringed together in an ordered manner — a simple concept. However, a Job must have a specified beneficary (aka, client), and a client must have a service provider (aka, Store-Owner). It is therefore necessary to start by creating a store-owner.
In this page, you'll learn how to create a store-owner and more details.
Creating a store owner
- Navigate to the "subusers section" — this is where you manage both your store-owners and your drivers.
-
Open the store-owner creation dialog and fill in basic store-owner information.
-
Click "New User"
You may have noticed that you choose the password for your users. This is intended — your user's accounts are directly related to yours, entirely dependant on it, and cannot be used in any other context. You also have permission to update their password (but not to view it). -

More information
- The account you've just created is meant to be that of the responsible of the store.
- You may have noticed the disclaimer "New Store hasn't configured a company just yet.": A company contains preferences/permissions as-well as branding information to be displayed to the clients.
- Creating distinct stores is useful for categorisation and data visualisation later on.
You, as a provider, can also associate a company with your accounts for branding purposes, affecting the content showcased on the public tracking page.
