Create a Client

Guide

Clients are managed by their parent stores. In a normal situation, you would expect your contracted stores to create both the jobs and clients. However, for the purpose of this guide, you can create them yourself by logging onto the store-owner account you've juste created in the previous step.

  1. Logout of your provider account.
  2. Login into the store-owner account you've just created.
  3. Navigate to the "Clients" page.
  4. Click on "Sign up a new client".
  5. Fill the form.

If the store-owner has an associated company, they can set a preferred default option for SMS Notifications, amongst other hidden options (e.g: Code verified deliveries) in the company's settings
