What is it?
How is it retrieved?
Natively, Logis offers a pre-made, customizable public delivery tracking page (through branding). Whenever a job is created, be it through an API call or manually on the Logis main app, the affected client is notified through SMS with a link.
What does it do?
Displays live-updated information about the client's delivery. Information includes basic staples like order address, name, deadline aswell as delivery data such as distance from driver, distance from delivery before the clients' and more.
Live tracking
Once the client's order has been started by the driver, the client can view the driver's location in real-time.
Reviewing
The page also offers the option, for the client exclusively, to review a delivery after it is complete. The client is authentified through the link sent in the SMS, which contains a secret key.

If you do not wish to use Logis' premade tracking solution, you can integrate our tracking API services into your own services to provide your own delivery tracking service, powered by Logis.
